Nah… everything about you feels chosen,
like God whispered your name
before I ever spoke it.
When I say I’m intentional,
I mean I study the way your heart moves
the same way some men study the market,
I invest, I listen,
I show up on the days you don’t ask me to.
I want to make your heart smile,
not with grand gestures,
but with the small things,
the forehead touches,
the “text me when you get home,”
the “I got it, don’t worry,”
the quiet ease of being loved right.
